If It Doesn’t Keep the Nursery Calm

A wipe warmer has one job: make diaper changes less jarring for your baby. A cold wipe at 3 AM is a rude awakening for a sleeping infant — and that means a full-blown wake-up that takes an hour to soothe. A warm wipe is the difference between a startled cry and a sleepy baby who barely notices the change, stays relaxed, and drifts back to sleep.

If the warmer you received is not doing that — if it does not heat up, if the nightlight flickers, if the lid does not close properly and lets wipes dry out — we will replace it or refund you. No parent should have to troubleshoot a baby product at 3 AM.

30 DAYS TO KNOW FOR SURE

You have 30 calendar days from delivery. In 30 days, you will have used the warmer through enough diaper changes — day and night — to know if it works in your nursery. If it does not, return it. Valid reasons:

  • Warmer does not heat — wipes come out room temperature or cold
  • Nightlight does not work, or stays on past 10 minutes instead of auto-shutting off
  • Lid does not close properly — wipes dry out in days
  • The viewing window fogs so much you cannot see the wipe level
  • Warmer arrived in the wrong color and clashes with your nursery
  • You received it as a gift and your friend bought the same one for the baby shower
  • It simply is not what you expected

No explanation needed. Return it.

CONDITION

The warmer must come back clean and functional:

  • Exterior clean — no baby powder residue, spit-up, or diaper cream smears. Wipe it down with a damp cloth before packing.
  • Interior dry and free of wet wipe residue — remove any remaining wipes, wipe down with a dry cloth
  • No cracks in the plastic housing, no fraying on the power cord
  • Nightlight still functional
  • Heating element not visibly damaged from liquid spillage inside the unit

Original packaging preferred — it was molded for the warmer and protects the plastic housing during shipping. If you discarded it, use a sturdy box with ample padding.

DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL

  • Warmer does not power on when plugged in
  • Heating element produces no heat after an hour of operation
  • Nightlight does not illuminate
  • Nightlight stays on continuously and never auto-shuts off
  • Lid hinge cracked or broken
  • Viewing window cracked or cloudy
  • Power cord damaged out of the box

Photograph the issue. Email [email protected] within 48 hours. We ship a replacement immediately at no charge. Dispose of the defective unit or keep it — no return needed.

Safety note: If the warmer produces any burning smell, unplug it immediately and email us. Do not attempt to use it further.

  1. Email [email protected]. Subject: “Return Request.” Order number in the email.
  2. Prepaid return label within 24 hours.
  3. Clean the warmer. Pack it. Label on. Drop at the carrier.
  4. Refund within 5 business days of inspection.
