PROCESSING

  • Orders before 2:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday–Friday: same-day processing
  • After 2:00 PM or weekends/holidays: next business day
  • Average: 1–2 business days

Processing includes: order verification, inspection of the warmer unit, plug-in test for power, secure packaging, and carrier handoff.

  • Continental US: 4-6 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories: 4-7 business days
  • Canada: 5-7 business days

Tracking number emailed when the label prints. Transit estimates may shift a day or two due to weather, holidays, or peak shipping volume.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

If the box arrives crushed or the warmer unit itself is damaged:

  1. Photograph the box exterior before opening if damage is visible
  2. Inspect the warmer — housing, lid, power cord, nightlight
  3. Photograph any damage to the product
  4. Email photos to [email protected] within 48 hours

Replacement shipped immediately. No return of the damaged unit. We handle the carrier claim.

MISSING PACKAGE

Tracking says “Delivered” but no box? Check with neighbors, building management, and around the property. Wait 24 hours (occasional pre-delivery scans). If still missing, email us. Carrier investigation launched. Not located? Replacement shipped free.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Wrong address on the order? Email [email protected] immediately. Pre-shipment: fixed immediately. Post-shipment: we attempt a redirect with the carrier.
