WHAT WE COLLECT: THE BASICS

To get a baby wipe warmer to your nursery, we need very little:

  • Your name — who the package is for
  • Your email address — for order confirmation and tracking
  • Your shipping address — the doorstep where the warmer lands
  • Your phone number (optional) — the carrier may call to coordinate delivery

That is four things. A newborn’s onesie has more tags than our data collection has fields.

We do not ask for, ever:

  • Your baby’s name, birth date, or gender
  • Your parenting style, feeding method, or nursery preferences
  • Medical information about your child
  • Your household income or shopping patterns from other sites
  • Your payment card number, expiration date, or CVV

PAYMENT: HANDLED BY OTHERS, NEVER BY US

Your credit card or PayPal payment travels through an encrypted channel directly to our payment processor. We see only a confirmation: paid. We never touch, never see, never store your full card details.

Think of it this way: the payment processor is the pediatrician who handles the exam. We are the nurse in the waiting room who brings you a warm blanket. We make you comfortable; we do not handle the sensitive part.

HOW YOUR DATA IS USED

Each piece of information has exactly one job:

  • Name + address → printing your shipping label. That is it.
  • Email → order confirmation email, tracking update email, delivery confirmation email. No marketing. No newsletters. No “check out our new products” unless you explicitly opt in.
  • Phone → shared only with the shipping carrier if you provided it, so they can reach you about delivery.
  • Anonymous browsing analytics → how many people visited, which pages, from where. No individual tracking.

No sharing. No selling. No “monetizing.” Your family’s information belongs to your family, not to a data marketplace.

→ Ask us to delete your data: No active orders or returns? Deleted within 10 business days. Confirmed by email.
